Our platform is designed to integrate seamlessly with Shopify for the best experience. However, we can also work with other e-commerce platforms. If your store runs on a different platform, let us know, and we’ll guide you through the integration process to ensure smooth operation.

Our system integrates seamlessly with your online store. We automatically add products to your catalog, keep inventory updated, and synchronize product details and pricing. It’s all taken care of, so you can focus on growing your business.
6. Can I customise product descriptions and prices?
Absolutely! While we provide product descriptions and suggested retail prices, you have the flexibility to modify them to suit your brand and audience and maximise search engine optimisation. You can opt to have these continually updated by us as changes occur or import the details when you create the product then modify and update as you see fit.
7. What are the shipping options and delivery times?
We offer reliable shipping across Australia with competitive delivery times. Most orders are processed within 1-2 business days, and delivery times depend on the customer's location.
8. How much does it cost for the products your drop shipping service?
We do not charge any service fees. Thats correct! No hidden costs! The only fees you incur are for the app, the product costs and the cost of freight. (That's it!)
9. Will my customers know the product comes from you?
No, we remain completely behind the scenes. All orders are shipped with neutral packaging, and documentation. All communication with your customers appears to come directly from your business.
10. How will you use my customer information?
We do not retain your customer information or email addresses. Nor do we market or attempt to contact your customers in any manner. We only record your business as the customer. Of course, we need the shipping information of the customer, and all customer data is handled securely and remains exclusively yours. We respect both yours and your customers privacy and ensure that your business retains full control and ownership of your customer relationships.
